The footwear industry is facing a challenge and an opportunity: the need to recruit 500 thousand new employees by 2030, in a context of digital transformation and global competitiveness. To address this, APICCAPS has launched a project called the “Knowledge Roadmap,” an initiative aimed at showcasing the sector’s potential, valorizing the territory, and attracting a new generation of talent. Through educational activities in schools, the project aims to prepare future generations to face the challenges and opportunities of the footwear industry, which is constantly evolving and innovating.
