APICCAPS and the Portuguese Footwear Technological Centre (CTCP), within the scope of the BioShoes4All project — which aims to promote the transition of the footwear sector towards a sustainable circular economy — will be holding a Demonstration Event on July 3rd, focused on the New Products developed throughout the project, according to the attached programme.
The event will begin at 09:30 AM at CTCP in São João da Madeira, with a presentation of the strategic study on Social Responsibility by Graça Fonseca and Gonçalo Mendes.
This will be followed by a roundtable discussion, “Bio and Circular Thinking”, featuring key project participants: Artur Barros (Simoldes), Filipe Carneiro (LIPOR), Joana Meireles (Atlanta), and Pedro Ventura (Cartonagem Trindade). The panel will be moderated by Cláudia Pinto from APICCAPS.
The highlight of the Demonstration Event will be visits to two leading companies in the sector that are part of the BioShoes4All project: Monteiro Ribas and Procalçado.
